The Neurosciences Department of this hospital is equipped with a Psychiatry unit which provides regular outdoor and indoor facilities to the patients and works interalia with other specialities where Psychiatric help is needed. The unit provides diagnostic and therapeutic facilities including modified electro convulsive therapy, behavioral and psychotherapy for wide range of psychiatric disorders.

The following speciality clinics are an integral part of the unit :-

1. Deaddiction Clinic - for alcohol and other narcotics in collaboration with internal medicine and gastroenterology departments.
2. Sexual Medicine Clinic - for functional and organic sexualdisorders in collaboration with Urology and Dermatology department.
3. Child Guidance Clinic - in collaboration with the Paediatric department.
4. Sleep disorders.
